wordpress site wont load properly, scheduled post issues and no site stats!

I am helping a friend with her wordpress based site and coming across a few problems and was wanting some help!
the web address is http://www.ultimateballoon.co.uk/ I have the following problems
Sometimes the site wont load properly- the gallery wont load and the menu bars across the top dont show the drop down icons
I have tried to install jetpack for the site so I can see the stats as its hosted elsewhere but that works one day and just wont load another day
Also when we schedule posts to go out they don’t post automatically
Do you think these problems are related?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated… I am worried these problems could be the reason for a drop in business.
