WordPress: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    I was hoping WordPress would be easy and wouldn’t have me tangoing with too many technical problems, but I’m afraid I’ve been let down. For some reason, I cannot access my admin page or admin login (I don’t know the proper term for it.) and it gives me the message: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page. I have Soledad as a theme. Maybe that has something to do with it?

    I read that a handful of other users have experienced this as well, but even in their posts, I still can’t comprehend how they solved it. I can access it in incognito, but I’m scared that even that method will result in another barred entry.

    Please help, thank you.
