WordPress Speed issue- Cannot customize theme and Elementor either hangs or doesn’t support

  How to resolve the issue of customize theme as i am unable to carryout any changes even elementor either hangs or not working. I am using the light weight Astra theme even tried Ocean WP have and tried many themes too but severe speed issue occurs causing render blocking alarms affecting my website speed drastically. i noticed before-90 and after-53 speed changes on applying. kindly advice?
