WordPress Stat Not Reporting

    Hi, I think my wordpress stats isn’t working. Something is blocking it from reporting the accurate traffic on my site. How do I solve this?

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    Are you instead using Jetpack’s stats on your site? If so, you would need to contact Jetpack Support about this via https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support if you have a paid plan, or https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/ if you do not so they can look into this for you and troubleshoot any issues with your site’s connection and stats.
