wordpress states i dont have any sites, when there are two

    my wordpress account says i dont have any sites… yet i just finished my website that i purchased here with wordpress and the other domain i had waiting is gone too… i purchased and set this up in March this year… i also have a site with blue host and the user email is the same… that one i set up two years ago but just now am able to use it… thank you

    Hi @fhcco, the site at Bluehost most likely hasn’t used our services, so it wouldn’t be listed here. We are a separate hosting service.

    For the other that you just purchased here, I’m guessing you have two accounts.

    Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access that site.
