WordPress Stats Don't Add Up

Please explain how my blog stats for April 3, 2013 (Screen Capture Available) show 1,251 Views by 323 Visitors when total Referred are listed as 332… a number greater than the Visitor count. And this does not even take into account any possible visitors independently inbound from Twitter, RSS, and Email followers of the blog.
Total Search Engine referrals of 158 was exceeded by the count of Total Search Terms of 176. And I have seen this disparity even larger. It suggests that the same people are finding me time and time again. I find it unlikely that Search Terms would constantly outnumber Search Referred Visitors and have never seen this on other website with which I am familiar.
Also bizarre is a Total Views of Posts count of 277 for 1,251 Views by 323 Visitors. So the same visitors are visiting the same Views endlessly?
Since WordPress implemented Visitor vs Views tracking months ago many of the claimed counts are illogical and often do not even total correctly. I have complained to WordPress without satisfactory explanation.

I’m not sure if you’ve had a chance to review our stats help page yet, but it will actually answer several of your questions:
Of particular interest in this case, any time that the Visitors count is outnumbered by referrers, then it will be because our system will only count a referring IP only once. So if the same visitor visits multiple times or if multiple people who are sharing the same IP visit (such as in an office building or who live close to each other and are on the same ISP), they will be counted only once.
In regard to the search engine referrals, you actually need to look at the bottom of that box, the “Total views referred by links to your blog” which was 332.
Finally, in regards to your last point, I do not see a count of 277 in any number from 2013-04-03. Which statistic specifically were you referring to?
