WordPress Stats showing "#77777 (deleted)" as post titles

  WordPress Stats is displaying things like “#77777 (deleted)” as a post title, they then link to something like domain.com/?p=77777 instead of the true permalink. The links still exist on the site, and the proper titles are still in place if you view the actual page, but 99.9% of all references in WordPress Stats are now in the format of ##### (deleted)

  What’s going on here?
