WORDPRESS STOLE MY MONEY..
-
Recently I bought the upgrade for my wordpress for $30.00
Shortly after I decided to refund it, not because the upgrade wasn’t good, but simply because I could live without it. Hastily, after canceling and “refunding” my upgrade, my upgrade was taken away. After 6 days I wrote wordpress to be sure my refund was on the way. They told me to wait the extra day, as the have a week to refund. Fair enough. It’s now been a week and a half and I am yet to receive my refund, although my upgrade has been disabled. HERES THE REAL KICKER. When I went to write the support team again, they said obly members with upgrades are to get guaranteed and/or quick responses. Since my upgrade had been taken away, I no longer fall under this group, and have had no response, and no refund. I might as well have thrown my $30 in the rubbish can.
If anybody knows my options from this point, or a non drastic way to receive my money, please help!
Although I will be warning everyone of this “refund” fraud (as I see it)
I love word press and have never had a bad word to say until now. I still stand by word press but warn anyone against the cancel and refund policy. Don’t buy an upgrade unless you’re sure you want to keep it.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The blog linked to your username does not exist.
alohaffect.wordpress.com doesn’t existThe blog automatically linked to above at http://iloveyouyesyou.wordpress.com/ demonstrates no evidence that I can see of any upgrade on it. What is the upgrade you purchased and what is the URL of the blog you purchased it for?
What exactly do your see here?
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
and here
Dashboard > Store > Billing HistoryI don’t understand your reference to 6 days plus 1 day because that’s only 1 week.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/cancel-domain/ and Guided Transfers.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/#refunds
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received. -
While the many of refunds take a week or less, a number of them can take up to 14 days. And keep in mind that these numbers typically refer to “business days”.
In some rare cases, typically involving non-US banks refunds can take even longer than that.
Finally, I’m seeing that you have a staff response to your previous help request:

I would ask you to keep all further responses in that thread as it will help use to give you accurate and timely support.
