wordpress stopped responding and then returned and my page was deleted. what to do to get my page b

  my edit page for a new page…I was typing a deep summary a new post and WordPress was reported not responding, my page froze then dropped and rebooted, my page returned with half the page and no ‘restore to the most recent update’ and then I clicked refresh for it and then there was nothing! how do i get my full page back? My brain is struggled i’m in a cloud! The wordpress page always has a restore click button and information is never lost! Come on….help me figure this out!
