I need to get my subscriber list from my wordpress. com blog. Please help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.
-
I have installed the jetpack plugin, but the url has changed and there is no registered subscribers on the current url.
-
Hopefully you understand that Staff has to move the subscribers for you. Are you clear on that? What is this missing URL starting with http:// please ie. the URL the subscribers subscribed to receive posts from.

No list will be sent anywhere. Staff will use Jetpack to move subscribers from your WordPress.COM blog to your WordPress.ORG install.

I’m sorry, I’m not seeing the subscriber list anywhere? When/ where should I be expecting it?
-
You will receive a response form Staff as soon as they work their way forward to this thread. Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in order of datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.
Don’t keep bumping your thread because it’s not in your best interest to post into them after they have been tagged for Staff help. When bloggers keep bumping any thread thinking they are going to get service from Staff more quickly they aren’t thinking straight because that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response. The same is true if you email more than once the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.
Bottom line: Patience is virtue.

Hi Marie,
The site at http://blog.atlas-advertising.com/ does not appear to be a WordPress site with Jetpack installed. It appears to be a site generated by Hubspot, as I see the following in the site’s source:
<meta name="generator" content="HubSpot">I won’t be able to transfer any subscribers to that site; I can only do so for WordPress sites that use the Jetpack plugin. Is there another site that I should be looking at instead? For example, I do see a WordPress site with Jetpack at http://stagingblog.atlas-advertising.com/ ; is that the site you meant?

Hi,
blog.atlas-advertising.com used to be the url for our wordpress blog but we switched it to hubspot. We put the now have the blog on stagingblog etc but I’m not sure it will have the complete list of subscribers we had because the url is different. Can you help us?
Thanks.
