    I canceled my subscription a while back so that I wouldn’t get charged for the following year. Yet I still have been charged twice now even though I cancelled my account. I don’t understand what is happening and am asking for a refund. I make below the poverty line with my job and genuinely cannot afford this unfortunately. Additionally I have not used any of the services offered with this website’s subscription. Please help.

    I can see that the original purchase was $51.89 and utilized a 50% coupon on 2022-08-16. The next (and only other charge) is from the annual renewal on 2023-07-17.

    We aren’t able to process a refund while the chargeback is in place with the bank. Please contact them and ask for it to be removed. The fastest way to get a refund is from us directly, and it’s not possible to issue it while the chargeback is in place. It should be immediately reflected in our system once that’s been done. Write back to us here once it’s been removed and we will help you out with the refund.
