  did wordpress deliberately make building a blog difficult? or are they just not bright? hard to say. maybe it is like a legend of zelda thing. an adventure of discovery. rather than a business tool. or a way to communicate. incredible.

  WordPress.com can be either simple to use, or it can offer a plethora of sometimes complicated and very specifically useful options.

  What you make of WordPress.com is up to you.

  If you want a basic site, wp.com can be very easy to set up. If you have special requirements, then your learning curve will involve much more effort on your part to understand how this platform works.

  “wordpress sucks” is not a question any of us volunteers can help you with. Your “question” is too vague: if you want help from us, then you need to define some specific problems you want to solve.

  If you only want to vent about not figuring out what to do, then that is your choice.
