  Can I get WordPress support if I pay for a Business plan and host through IONOS 1&1?

  You can only get WordPress.com support if you buy a WordPress.com Business plan (or Personal/Premium) that will be hosted at WordPress.com. If you want a site hosted at 1&1 you’ll have to ask them what plans/support is available for a site there built with the wordpress software:
