WordPress support does not answer emails! Major issue!

  I have sent several support emails with no response.

  Issue #1, Months ago, I suddenly have access to another business’ website! Completely unauthorized, I have no idea how it happened and I can still see all of their information, sales and have editing permissions. This seems like a massive legal issue but again, no response from WP. Their security has been compromised for months now with no help.

  Issue #2, I started a new site this past week and was charged twice for subscriptions, one after the other and need a refund.
