WordPress support does not respond to my messages

I’ve tried contacting WordPress support via the support email page several times, but have not received any responses. Is there another way to contact them? Thanks.

If you have any paid upgrade and you’ve contacted them via the contact form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact they’ll be in touch with you. Regardless, I’ve gone ahead and tagged this for Staff assistance.

Hi doudel,
I see one of our Happiness Engineers last replied to you by email on 22nd February 2018. We also replied to each of the three emails you sent in January 2018. Is the email address on your Account Settings page up to date?
If so, it would be worth checking your spam folders and doing a global search in your email account for WordPress.com.
Please let me know if you are unable to find the emails.

Thanks very much. I checked my email address and it’s an old address that is no longer functional. My current address is: (email visible only to moderators and staff). Is it possible to send the previous replies to that address?

Yes. First we will need you to update the address on the account. Do that from wordpress.com/me/account/

There is a single email address that can be used on only one wordpress.COM username account and not on any others, regardless of how many blogs are registered under that username account.
The wordpress.COM blog’s owner can change the relevant email address on their accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account at any time. A confirmation email will be sent to that address.
