Hello, I have purchased the domain ‘revolvingred.com’ through namecheap. However I am unsure if I connected this domain to wordpress. I noticed I have a domain under wordpress named ‘revolvingred.wordpress.com’. If I purchased this, I would like to refund my money. I am initially trying to edit the ‘revolvingred.com’ domain. This is what I would like displayed for my website.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
So, you’ll log in to it through https://revolvingred.com/wp-login.php and not through us.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
With that said, if you’d like to manage your WordPress.org site through WordPress.com, that is one of the features of the Jetpack plugin: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/
As for your three sites here at WordPress.com, they are all under our free plan.

Cool, so as of now is my domain “revolvingred.com” active to use as a website? If not how can I move forward and how much would it cost to do so?

http://revolvingred.com/ is an active WordPress.org site hosted on Bluehost.
You can move forward with the site by logging in through https://revolvingred.com/wp-login.php
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, so we aren’t charging you anything for it: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

$50.78But was then refunded
WordPress.com Personal(refund)
Annual subscriptionrevolvingreddotcom.wordpress.com
$-32.78Being said, I have paid $18 for something I am unsure about.

Also would I have to pay anything to continue using my site on bluehost? I notice I would have to purchased themes.

Hi there,
I took a look at your account. On 21 July last year you bought a Personal plan from us, along with a domain transfer for revolvingred.com, but you never started that transfer.
You cancelled the plan on the same day, and we issued a partial refund of $32.78 for the plan minus the cost of the domain transfer.
You cancelled the domain transfer upgrade a week later on 29 July, but the remaining $18 for that portion of the plan wasn’t refunded.
Unfortunately we’re no longer able to refund that amount – our payments processor doesn’t allow us to process refunds on transactions once they pass a certain age, and this transaction is over a year old now. I’m adding a credit for $18 to your WordPress.com account instead that you can use towards any upgrade you buy from us in future. I apologise for this error on our part.
Also would I have to pay anything to continue using my site on bluehost? I notice I would have to purchased themes.
If you’re hosted with Bluehost, you’ll need to pay them a monthly or annual fee for your hosting plan, along with the annual renewal fee you pay to Namecheap for your domain registration.
You’d only need to pay for a theme if you wanted to install a premium theme on your site. But there’s over 4000 free WordPress themes available in the theme directory at https://wordpress.org/themes/, that you can download and install on your site without having to pay anything extra.
Here on WordPress.com, you don’t have to pay anything at all. Your site is not hosted on our servers, and not connected to your WordPress.com account in any way.
That said, you do have the option of creating such a connection using the Jetpack plugin. And that plugin does have some premium features available – you’d buy those from us if you were interested, and would be able to use the credit I’ve added to your account towards those payments. You can find out more about that plugin here:
