What kind of site offers no phone number and CLOSES support. Excuse me? How hard is it for you to “allow incoming emails” I’m not trying to access a chat window… I just want to contact this company with Questions and get an answer via email in … I dont’ know… a day or two. C’mon. Lousy service.
Truly lousy.
If you can’t afford to have people answer support emails than shut down please!
Relying on other users via forum posts is a cop out. -
ender165,
I realize you are not happy, but is there anything that we can try and answer for you here? There are plenty of volunteers that are “quite resourceful” and staff do monitor these forums. We sure could take a shot at answering some questions for you anyways! :)

Well, particularly since we’re all volunteers and can’t do a thing about what you’ve just posted. Email is support at wordpress dot com. You can send an email at any time.

“What kind of site offers no phone number and CLOSES support.” – one that offers services free of charge. Most comparable services offer no support at all.
“If you can’t afford to have people answer support emails than shut down please!” – happy to shut down your account if you think it’ll help.

Nice. I can understand that this is a free service so we should respect that wordpress even has support, but like me, some of us have major chunks of our life devoted to our blog and some urgent things need to be answered. I guess we all just need to be more patient.

You, wweadam, need to read the several threads in which staff has already answered you. And you need to stop posting the same whine in the forums over and over. Staff may continue to be courteous, but certain of the volunteers are not blessed with their patience.

wweadam, Mark answered your question in detail on January 29th. I have sent another copy of his reply in case you didn’t receive it. Please don’t continue asking on the forum unless you’d like to discuss it in public.
