I checked your account and you are a VIP client, so support isn’t via the WordPress.com forums – you should be reaching out for support via the VIP dashboard where you should receive a plethora of support options:

And they’ll be more than happy to assist you with whatever issues or questions you have.
In general, non VIP WordPress.com users have several different support options depending on their plan, including live-chat, email, and these forums:

It doesn’t let me login here….is there any way to just get in contact with someone who can actually help me? This is maddening…Here is my issue, and so far no one seems to have any idea how to help or what to do…can I please get a straight answer or some help from someone, anyone?….I am having some major frustrating issues with my WordPress account. I am connected to the Men’s Journal CMS, and I am stuck in a loop where it won’t let me login and keeps sending me to a page that says:
‘This page isn’t working

–I’ve tried to clear my cookies, log out and log in, everything I can think of..When I try to get to the mensjournal.com/wp-admin/ dashboard, I am taken to a screen that says the above issue…Is there anything that can be done about this? I am falling very behind at work and this has been extremely frustrating and no one seems to know what to do. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do -

Okay someone did reach out….and gave me the same instructions as I’ve been trying for 2 days, so not surprisingly, this did not work or resolve my issue. Can someone just be straight up with me and tell me they have no idea how to fix this? Because I’m sitting here for 2 straight days as work piles up around me with literally not a single solution that has helped. I am sorry for the frustration but so far nothing has worked and I’m going to have to spend at least 3 extra days catching up on all the work I’ve missed because of this issue

Thanks! I’m having a hard time understanding though…I log in to a wordpress.com website and they sent me over a wordpress.com login in link to try it over again, so maybe you can see why I am confused

Alright thanks, once again this problem is seemingly hitting a dead end, appreciate the help. I know this isn’t your fault specifically and I apologize for my frustrated tone, but I keep getting the runaround and there’s no end in sight to this issue

and got:Access to http://www.mensjournal.com was denied. You don’t have authorization to view this page.
HTTP ERROR 403Is the whole site down?
