  Support told me that my first year after a domain transfer would be free but you are charging me. Please refund this payment.

  Only the domain is free for the first year when you buy a paid plan on a yearly base. So you still have to pay for the paid plan. This is very clearly stated at https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  You can cancel your purchase yourself at https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/
