WordPress support not emailing back
-
On Monday (after waiting a whole weekend while their support form was down due to their staff taking yet another retreat), I used the form on the WordPress.com contact support page to ask for some help on a very important issue my site is experiencing. Four days later, I still haven’t heard back. I sent the same question again, but again I got no response. Is there something wrong with the WordPress.com support form?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No, and staff have not been taking “retreats.” They have been shutting down the contact form on weekends so that they can work on getting caught up on the support tickets that come in during the week. From what I understand there has been quite a flood.
Perhaps your issue is something that we can help with here in the forums. We are certainly willing to try if you will let us know what the problem is.

You’re all back in business now. There was an unclosed div tag in your third text widget that was basically hijacking the whole page.

No one has gotten back to me either. My custom header suddenly disappeared. I now understand that you have to pay yearly for a custom design. That’s fine, and I am willing to do that, but where do I send the money? And why didn’t anyone notify me that my header was about to disappear?
My blog looks horrible right now and I am anxious to correct this. Will someone please help me????

You don’t need a Custom Design upgrade to use a custom header.
I’m not sure why it disappeared, but you can re-upload it via Appearance -> Header in your blog’s Dashboard.

Well, I have been trying in vain to find “Appearance” on my dashboard. Where is it exactly?
And where do I send $ if indeed I do decide to customize? -
Id you got to your Admin page and look in the far left hand side column and scroll down then you will find the Appearance tab. Click it and it will open and display Links one of which is for Custom Design. See the illustration and information here >

I have already seen that link. Here’s my problem: there is no Appearance tab on my dashboard page. Seriously.
I’m using Firefox. Should I try logging in with IE? -
