WordPress support says they contacted me via email which I never recieved.

    Hi! Today I asked for help with full-refund and a support member claimed they contacted me via email and my thread was immediately close, I could not reply and now it is even deleted. My problem is that I never recieved any emails from any members of the support and I had no chance to even let them know that I recieved nothing from them. I am having trouble with getting a full-refund back and I want to solve this problem ASAP. After paying for a plan, I saw that it did not have the feature I needed so I don’t need WordPress anymore. I paid today and I would like to cancel today, but at the purchase section I only see a partial refund. I want a full refund and I want to get in contact with someone for real this time. Please reach out.
