WordPress support staff abandoned me

Hi! I had a problem with my account and began to correspond with WordPress support staff but after a few initial suggestions the person I was corresponding with stopped responding. It has now been several days without a peep. Can somebody else contact me and resume helping me with my problem?

Thanks for your reply. Previously I did share the problem in this forum — the comment is in my profile history — but it is not something that can be dealt with here. I really need to resume email correspondence.

Hi there,
If you send repeated follow up emails like you’ve been doing with Liz, every new email you send moves your ticket to the bottom of the queue, meaning we take longer to get to it. When you’ve sent a message, it’s better to wait patiently for us to get to it.
I’ll follow up with you in your existing email ticket. I’m closing this thread so we don’t have any further duplication.
