Can I get my tags from another blog platform to be in wordpress tag community?

It would be splendid if you always used the FAQs and forum searchbox prior to posting. :)
FAQs http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/10/23/post-options-categories/
forum searchbox https://en.forums.wordpress.com/search.php?q=taggingPart of the benefit of being part of thw wordpress.ocm community is the traffic that comes to our blogs by way of the wordpress.com tag pages. We tag our posts with acategories and they appear on the tag pages. Here’s an example http://wordpress.com/tags/clubpenguin

At this point IMO your vague question could use some fleshing out. It’s hard from this end to figure out what you are really asking and how to help you with so little information.
You can find numerous technorati tag generators on the internet. Windows Live Writer and BlogDesk are off-line publishers that have tag generators built in.

I should’ve visited the links you gave me before replying. What I meant was if for example I have a blog in blogger.com and I posted something. How can I get that post in wordpress tag community.

wordpress tag community is only for wp.com bloggers. it’s one of the (best) benefits of having a wp.com blog. =)

It IS possible to use the tags you use at Blogger in a blog here at WordPress.com. I know that the Nine Inch Nails blog is basically a total replicant of their Blogger blog, down to the haloscan comments (which is going to slaughter them when Google finds out, but never mind).
I’m not entirely sure how they do it; I think they basically just copy each post and paste it here, HTML and all.

Yes, basically. The content is identical, but as it’s pasted into WP.com it uses the tags here. Staff have asked for those kinds of sites to be made private, but I’ve no idea if the NIN blog is a VIP site, which would probably exempt them from that requirement. They could afford it, but it doesn’t look like it.
