WordPress tags error

  Hello WordPress Team,
  When i add tags to my post i get 500 internal error. I refresh the page 2 time so the problem would go.If i don’t add any tags in the post everything runs perfectly but when i do it’s given me 500 internal error.
  Can someone please help me?

  I have just notice that if i put few tags the error does not come up. But when i put the full list of tags the error comes. How to make my tags support a lot of word like before ?
