WORDPRESS takes money on my credit card but i have no subscription??

    Dear,
    I have no wordpress subscription and I see wordpress took money on my card on 2 occasions: the 30/01 (66€) and the 1/03(48€). I want to connect with someone from wordpress to understand this but can’t find a way to contact you. Do I really have to block my card and order a new one or someone from wordpress can I contact someone from wordpress to see what’s the problem ? I have a reference code type ‘(redacted)…….’ next to wordpress on my statement.

    Hi fixrombouts,

    Just adding that no recent charges are listed on the account you are contacting us from, which suggests you have another. Please enter the payment details into the form @staartmees linked to for more information — the Contact Support » link can be used to contact the payments team directly (please do not share any transaction IDs on these forums).

    Do I really have to block my card and order a new one

    Please don’t dispute the payment or block the card as this will create a chargeback and lock the payment from our side. You can contact us to request a refund using the link I mentioned above and the payments team will let you know if they need any more information :)

    I found through the form @staartmees sent me it was for another of my accounts “lesantennesdewavre”, but on the account lesantennesdewavre, there is NO RECEIPTS FOUND + NO UPCOMING PAYMENT found in the settings area…. and we closed the paying subscriptions more than one year ago on that account…. so how is this possible

    I used the contact form you are talking about to contact your teams but not even received a confirmation it was well sent… Just brought me the page where I can request for help on the forum in my account section when i clicked on “sent”… Hope you got it… very difficult to get in touch with you guys ;)

    You are correct that there is no history of payments or receipts connected to the lesantennesdewavre account either.

    so how is this possible

    The charges must be under a different WordPress.com account. Do you happen to know what site these charges could be linked to?

    When I check on the https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. page with the reference, I see:
    Found it !!!
    This was a charge for:
    domain registration: lesantennesdewavres.com
    domain mapping: lesantennesdewavres.com
    wordpress.com Personal: lesantennesdewavre.com
    Private registration: lesantennesdewavre.com

    …………but i have nothing on my subscription page lesantennesdewavre.com for more than 1 year !!!

    And for the other transaction, I see:
    FOUND IT!
    G SUITE
    lesantennesdewavre.com

    I hope someone from your team will contact me soon in private to clear this out…..

    I found the account! Are you able to log into the WordPress.com account associated with lesantennesdewavre.com and post in this thread? If so, I can take care of all of this for you here. Otherwise, I’ll need to email the account on file and handle the subscriptions through that email.

    Hi there,

    I cannot divulge the username connected to the account, but here is what I did do:

    I emailed the address connected to the account, so I would check all your email accounts to see if any of them received the email I sent.

    I also emailed you at the email connected to your lesantennesdewavre account. Since you have the transaction IDs from your bank statement, we can also use those as confirmation of ownership.

    So, either way will work. Please let me know if you receive either email.
