I currently looking theme regarding registration and log in users, which can do survey,watch videos and earn money, similar such as CoinGain theme, please getting desperate.Thank you very much.

A theme just controls how your site looks, not how it works.
To add features like the ones you mention, you instead need plugins.
For user registration you’ll need some kind of membership plugin. For surveys you can use a service like CrowdSignal or SurveyMonkey, or you can even just embed a Google Form on your site.
For earning money, what plugin you need will depend on exactly how you’d like to earn money. If, for example, you want people to pay to be able to see your videos, you’ll need some type of paywall plugin.
For more advice on this you can ask the community over on WordPress.org – they make the open source WordPress software, as well as many plugins for that software, so should be able to recommend specific plugins that will be best for what you’re trying to build.
