WordPress theme

    Hi,
    I am new to wordpress and I confused and overwelmed; I am demystifying through trial and error a little bit, though not as I would have hoped. I chose the Intergalactic theme and I like the results for the most part but it is kind of buggy and doesn’t give me as much creative control; my blog posts are about relationships, so personal. I am an artist so I have the ability to create tons of images. I want to be showcasing writing ability and the ability to create stunning visuals. Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated.
