WordPress theme
-
I am trying to find out which theme I purchased first of all. I know I paid for a certain theme and cannot find it listed anywhere in my dashboard. I have been using it for a couple of years and I do not like the fact that it has this loading icon between pages, like it was retro from 10 years ago. No one wants to sit and watch that spin. I thought when I was looking at the theme it was there because I had not purchased yet but it never went away after purchase and I really hate it on my business site.

I have been using it for a couple of years and…
The blog I need help with is laurenjacobsendesign.wordpress.com.
Hi. https://laurenjacobsendesign.wordpress.com/ is empty: no pages, no posts….
What is the URL (https://…) of your site? -
Hi there,
The account you’re using to post here has never owned any upgrades on WordPress.com, so it’s possible you used a different username to purchase the theme. Can you remember having any other username or site on WordPress.com? If you can give me the site’s address, I can help you find out the username so you can access the site again.

I have checked with my team and the template we purchased was called Kitra Multi-page from TeamKraftt.
Username: Lauren55
Site address: http://www.ljacobsendesign.com -
That is not a WordPress.com site, but that site uses the self-hosted version of WordPress, called WordPress.org. That site is hosted with GoDaddy.
We do not sell the theme you mention, so you did not buy it from us. If you cannot remember at which theme marketplace you bought it, my only advice is to try and contact the theme developer directly if you need help with that theme.

Great, we thought we were purchasing from WordPress.com. That is where we were looking for themes or that was our intention. Did not know there was a WordPress.org
Sounds like we are screwed.
Thank you for your help.

Do you still have a receipt from when you bought the theme? That should show the name of the vendor where you bought the theme. Or else the reference on your credit card statement for that purchase should show it.
To gain access to that site, you’ll need to contact GoDaddy, as it’s on their servers.
