WordPress theme became shriveled up and unusable

  • Unknown's avatar

I was doing a post, I guess I hit some key wrong and my post became unreadable and unuseable as everything went to tiny text. I tried re- installing the /wp-admin/ link I got the url from another computer

    Nothing is working.

Can I get some help, like what button to push or what key to hit.

    This makes this computer unusable.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Hi,

I was doing a post, I guess I hit some key wrong and my post became unreadable and unuseable as everything went to tiny text.

Sounds like you might have zoomed out. If that’s the case, then resetting the zoom on your browser should fix that. Which browser are you using?

Thanks. I got the answer already from a good friend. He said I had hit Ctrl-, and all I needed to do was hit Ctrl+ to get things back to right and it worked just fine.

So, you are correct, I had inadvertantly “zoomed” out.

I use SeaMonkey browser, the best browser for my blog. SeaMonkey came out of Mozilla, but was cut free and now is a collaboration coming I think from a group in Europe. It is the true inheritor of the Netscape Suite.

You’re welcome. Glad you were able to figure it out, and get things back to normal. : -)
