WordPress Theme Dilemma: Free Plan Constraints

I’ve just created a website on WordPress Free plan with domain Apkbeb.wordpress.com, but I’m struggling to figure out how to change its theme. I created this website with the intention of giving it a design similar to https://apkbeb.com/, but I’m unsure if I can do this with the Free WordPress Plan. Will I need to upgrade my plan in order to achieve the desired look for my site?

The theme used in the site you shared “Kadence” is a third-party theme that would require a Creator plan, however, if you search for a Full site theme, as those are fully customizable, you might be able to achieve something similar with time through templates.
