  hi, I would like to download the wordpress theme from outside from wp explorer
  http://www.wpexplorer.com/elegant-free-wordpress-theme/
  to this wordpress address, does it go? Does it go through import?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  it is not possible to import/upload a custom theme to WordPress.com
  However, you can change your current theme by choosing one the many beautiful themes being provided by WordPress.com
