  I have a new domain through bluehost and I thought I closed my old wordpress account but it is still showing here and it is not letting me add my new account.

  Jepacksetup and tell that we need to setup Jetpack plugin You will get the access to the jetpack account so that you can use these settings :
  host: 50.87.193.47
  username: thesebg1
  password : cPanel password
  port :21
