WordPress theme not working

  I have bought this theme
  https://themeforest.net/item/charitious-charity-wordpress-theme/21872754
  and tried to install demo content but it is giving errors about php zip module which I enabled on server but still facing errors. Its so embarrassing.
  Wordpress is so complicated whereas I was told buy domain, hosting and theme and you are done, but everyday there is an issue. Is there anyone who can help me?

  You can’t upload themes on the Free Plan. To do so you must upgrade to the Business Plan.
