  Can I change the photo in my WordPress Theme? If so, how and from what source(s) can I select a new photo/image?

  It looks like you’re using the self-hosted version of WordPress using Bluehost. Unfortunately we can’t offer much help with your version of WordPress in these forums since it isn’t a free WordPress.com site or hosted with WordPress.com.
