WordPress theme that sends business proposals?

  I am a freelancer and have several wordpress websites….and thought what if we have a wordpress theme that could send proposals/ quotes?
  Currently I am using http://www.quoteroller.com to create proposals but that would be so convenient if every member of my team could generate them out of our web-site!

  Let’s say it may be installed on a subdomain so everyone has easy access to it.

  What do you think guys?
