WordPress Theme With Menu On Top Of The Page

Can you direct me to any wordpress themes where the menu and header of the webpage always shows on the top of the screen even when the user scrolls down the webpage?

Hi,
I was experimenting with different themes and wordpress deleted one of my pages (ABOUT). How do I restore the page?
I don’t see it in any of my pages. -
I just paid to upgrade my plan to Premium hosting. WordPress lists theme “Arcane” as premium theme but when I try to add to theme to my website it is asking me to pay an additional $79. I just paid $96 for Premium hosting. Why do I have to pay $79 more for a premium theme?

Please disregard my 2 previous posts. I was able to restore the About Us page and get the Arcane theme to apply to my site.
But now I am having a new problem, when I click on the menu listing of “Handpiece Repairs” it does not list all the items under that menu listing. It seems to run out of space on the screen. How can I fix that?

As you can see from the screenshot below all 11 items are displayed in that menu.

Thank You for your reply. Yes, I had to minimize the text in each section so that it would all fit on screen.

Ah. If you’ve got so many items that they won’t all fit on one screen, it might not fit on other screen sizes either. If possible, I’d recommend grouping those a bit, if you can, or creating an index page to link to other items.
