Hi there, You are referring to your site at fordbarker.com yes? I’m not able to tell what platform you are using for that site but it does not appear to be a WordPress site. You are using a different platform instead? We are able to import content from a wide range of platforms as shown here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/import-a-sites-content/
It is not possible to use your custom address on a WordPress.com site that is on the “free plan” since those must use the “wordpress.com” address that was assigned to them, and also show ads to help cover our costs. However you can upgrade to any of our plans listed here, all of which include the option to transfer fordbarker.com and use it as your site address:
If you choose the annual (instead of monthly) billing option your domain transfer is free by the way.
