  Hi, i had a question regarding change of themes on my blog. I have found a free them from a webside.

  At the moment i cannot upload any other theme i want to my blog, i don’t have the “add new theme” button, and as i can understand (reading from other forums) that this is not an function i have.

  But if i by myself a one domene name. Can i then upload and change any themes i like, from external internet pages, and not only the option we have that are added on our wordpress blogg?

  No, buying an upgrade at WordPress.com only applies specifically to what it says. The domain upgrade allows you to change the URL, nothing else. Buying the CSS upgrade allows you to edit the CSS of existing themes here.

  There is no upgrade other than the $600 per month VIP status that will allow you to upload an external theme on a WP.com blog.
