WordPress themes, and domains

  hello, I used wordpress in college for a class but I am still having trouble. I want to be able to make a customizable theme using dreamweaver and upload it to wordpress. I believe this might have some thing to to with the domain being .com instead of .org . I am also having a hard time getting wordpress to connect to my ipage hosting account. I was told that I need to add Ns1.ipage.com and Ns2.ipage.com to my wordpress account?

  To accomplish what you want, you will need to find a web host and load your WordPress install there. The WordPress.com users are limited to the 206 or so themes currently available. This document will help you understand the difference between the .com and .org versions of WordPress.
