WordPress themes not allowing customization?

  It will not let me customize the theme that I am using, not on my laptop or any other laptop. I have deleted my cookies and cleared my cache. This did not work. I tried using a different theme, this also did not work. My website is http://adventuresofaranga.com and the theme I am currently using and wish to continue using is ‘fresh & clean’. How do I correct this or is there a problem with the wordpress site at the moment?

  If you are referring to the “Customize” tab in Appearance > Themes, this is a browser issue. But you don’t really need that tab: all the options it offers can also be accessed via the main dashboard sidebar (you upload a header image in Appearance > Header, set a static front page in Settings > Reading, etc).

  What sort of “customizing” are you trying to do?
  Fresh & Clean allows you to to choose a custom background color or /and a custom background image. You can also choose a custom header image.

  If you want to do more customizing, then you’ll have to purchase a custom design upgrade:
