WordPress Thinks I'm A Spammer

  For some reason my account has been tagged as spam or that I’m a spammer (maybe I comment too much??). I was able to check with a friend and when I post a comment on her blog it gets flagged as spam. Why did this happen to me and how do I fix it? Help!!
