WordPress to Podcast

Hello, I have what might be a very common and general question regarding podcasting but being fairly new to WordPress.com I need help. As of now, I’m not doing any podcasting but am in the final stages of completing my first one. How do I go about posting these on my website, http://racingdudes.com/? I have created a separate page called “Podcasts” to house these. I’m also wondering how to get these podcasts to appear on iTunes.
The way I understand it, I need to have these recorded podcasts located on a server given how wordpress.com can’t house them. As far as them appearing on my Podcast page on my website, I don’t care if they are able to be played there or if it just redirects them to iTunes.
I’m just looking for a step-by-step guide on how to go from where I am now (about to release podcast) to having it posted on my website along with iTunes. Thank you!

I’m afraid we don’t really have any volunteers who are podcasters. Google might be your best resource for answers here.
