WordPress…to ProPhoto…to my website and NO HELP!

This is driving me INSANE!! I just purchased ProPhoto 7…AND a premium design after I have already purchased these things but thanks to BLUDOMAIN losing EVERYTHING I had to purchase AGAIN! So I went with Photobiz for my new website but I still want my ProPhoto blog. However I need wordpress. Now…I have to purchase WordPress for $300 / year???? Am I seriously reading this correctly???

You mentioned Blu Domain, which is a web hosting company that allows you to host websites including sites that are built using the open source WordPress software. In this case, it seems that your site on Blu Domain is not hosted on WordPress.com.
I understand that it’ll be confusing at first but WordPress.com and the open source WordPress (WordPress.org) software are two different entities and they’re independent of each other. You may learn more about the differences here:
If I understand correctly, you have purchased a theme on ProPhoto blog and wish to use it on WordPress. In order to upload the custom theme on sites hosted on WordPress.com, you need an upgraded Business Plan, which is $25 per month (billed yearly at $300).
