WordPress to squarespace domain connection issue

  Hello,

  I am trying to connect a domain from WordPress to Squarespace with Freeparking domain. I cannot get it to see to find and connect between the two. Any ideas?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  It looks like the domain is registered with https://www.freeparking.co.nz/.

  In order to change the domain name, the name servers would need to be made at Free Parking via the link above.

  For our information, would you be willing to explain why you’re deciding to cancel/refund?
