wordpress tools for adding google

hi i am trying to add my wordpress blog to google. I have followed these instructions http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/ but do not have an option in my tools section to add the code… can you please help. My blog site is http://www.mobilereikitherapy.net.au/. Thanks.
