WordPress Training Videos?

  I’m having a tremendous problem understanding WordPress and the answers and links I’m getting here only create more frustration.

  Are there any comprehensive training videos/material anywhere that I can buy that will explain in common street terms how WordPress works and will show me how to use it?

  I don’t have a site set up yet and I think if I understood WordPress better, I might be able to make some progress progress.
