WordPress transaction from my bank from deactivated account

I used to have wordpress with an email adress i no longer have access for.
Today I found a transaction from my bank account to WP*Wordpress. As i dont have access to my previous email adress i no longer can log in and see why this money has been taken nor deactivate any activa plugins, subscriptions or whatever it is i am paying for.
How should i go about this, please help?

This is a billing and account access issue that needs staff assistance. I’m tagging this thread with modlook so the WordPress.com team can help you.
In the meantime:
- Check if you can recover access to your old email through your email provider
- Look for any WordPress.com receipts in your current email or bank statements – they usually include transaction details
- If you have the transaction ID from your bank, keep it handy (but don’t post it publicly here)
The staff will be able to look into the charge and help you access or cancel the subscription. They work through tagged threads daily.
