WordPress Troubleshooting Support

I hate WordPress Troubleshooting Support, the worst, new users should consider using other Web hosting platforms. From experience when you have a unique issue that isn’t covered and when they’re useless tutorials you submit a statement in their chat box. You get zero response acknowledgment or confirmation. All you do is hope and pray that WordPress will have a solution. It’s not possible to talk to a person. Your website is on Hold right now I can’t log into three WordPress website’s I manage. I don’t know when I will receive resolution for my site. I hate WordPress, one more time I hate WordPress troubleshooting support. Anybody agree with me? Rlease reply if you have the same opinion or experiences.

You only created this WordPress.com account shortly before posting here. Are you talking about sites hosted elsewhere using the wordpress software? Building a site here at WordPress.com is a piece of cake and most people don’t need troublehooting/support at all. If they do then videos and tutorials here are available for most things.
