  Why I can`t login to WordPress to help build my site? I have Domain with Bluehost and they are connected wordWpress. I wanted to build the site wordpress within the WordPress community. But wordpress wants to take over the hosting from Bluehost. I dont want to do this is there another way or does WordPress want to dominate everything?

  If you want to build a site hosted at BlueHost then you’d need to install the wordpress software over there. This is WordPress.com. another place like BlueHost where sites can be hosted. If you want a site here instead then with a paid plan you could keep your domain where it is and map it to a site at WordPress.com:
  https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
