WordPress Update Crashes Website

  Hey Support,
  I am currently working off of http://www.pittsburghpartysupplies.com. I tried to sign on to the dashboard and when I do I get a notification that says, ‘Database Update Required
  WordPress has been updated! Before we send you on your way, we have to update your database to the newest version. The update process may take a little while, so please be patient.’ But the last time that I updated WordPress​ it crashed my site and I had to do a restore from my hosting company. If I perform this update to my database will this cause a crash of the site again? Thanks, for the help!
